The grading and sorting process for grapes is a meticulous operation ensuring only the highest quality fruits are selected for distribution. Upon harvest, the grapes are first transported to the packing facility where they undergo initial inspection. Grapes are sorted based on various criteria including size, colour, ripeness, and overall quality. This sorting process involves both manual and automated methods. Our trained inspectors and sorting machines remove damaged or under ripe fruits.
